I will share a simple employee engagement improvement tool in this podcast. It sounds like "no, duh," but I'm always amazed how companies "cheap" out on this one. Spend the money it takes and Give them The Right Tools To Do Their Job.
Tools can be defined as actual objects that help them complete their jobs. The materials that are needed at the right time to complete their tasks. Sometimes it's software or similar.
Nothing drives the morale down when you, as a manager or business owner, are making their jobs harder and just being stupid. Listen and learn, please.
The improvement in engagement and productivity can often be cost-justified.
Employee Engagement requires a lot of hard work for the employer. This is the easiest of all!
