In today's podcast, I will share with you how to build trust with your team through effective communication. There's this element to being an effective leader and effective manager that is so often missing. It's about effective communication or what I call Results-Driven communication.
It comes down to the fact that many managers are not truly in touch with their employees. They've not achieved at this level with they're employees the level of trust required to achieve the results, productivity, engagement, etc.

It's not that they don't have a relationship and communicate frequently. It's that they don't communicate well or communicate in a way that is effective between the manager, the employees, and the organization by that lack of effective conduit of communication between the employees and them the manager.
They're missing out on a ton of information, suggestions, and feedback that I know personally has a negative effect on their management effectiveness. It was very beneficial to me back in my old corporate world. And I just want anybody that's willing to open their minds up a little bit, expose themselves a tad to some developmental feedback to listen to today's show.
And you're gonna pick up some tips on effective communication that will help you become much better as a leader. Really effective leaders utilize multiple approaches, most of which I'll share today. Ones that just completely changed their game once practiced and utilized in their daily leadership activities.
